The two ask her about the problem Sachiyo has, she explains that Kazuko once got into a property dispute with Hisao Utsubuki. Suddenly, Komori accidentally spills some kind of sauce on Conan's costume, so she has to take Conan to change the costume. From there, Conan realizes that some people have issues with Kazuko with their own matters:

 Yasuto points out that Sachiyo has never blamed anyone else for the unfortunate events that happened to her. Conan happens to pass by three waitresses, including Komori, discussing that no one has ever seen a car like what Kasuga told. The two things raise doubt if Sachiyo was really kidnapped or not, so Conan goes to some location for information, with Ran and Yasuto tagging along:
