		+	::To be honest I'm not exactly sure what your point is, but in Magic Kaito's Blue Birthday case, Snake and Snake's boss (the fat useless mustached guy) confirmed there is a mystery dude overhead that wants Pandora. That is analogous to Gin confirming there is a boss of the BO who ordered Pisco's death in Volume 24. Both statements were spoken by people who are ranked highly and thus highly knowledgeable of their respective organization's structure.
