Conan discovers the truth: even if Tsukuba was planning to kill himself, the real culprit is the VP Gakuto Nogi, who held a grudge towards Tsukuba’s arrogant facet and wanted to show the world how he was a loser, and carefully planned the murder using also Tsukuba’s plan.
