Taka’aki comments that Conan was simply being considerate, wanting to spare her unnecessary heartbreak. Kansuke, however, teases Yui for overreacting to the “loss” of a colleague that nobody would react that way. Yui blushes and replies what if they weren’t just colleagues, leaving Kansuke confused.
