{{nihongo|'''Masatomo Sudo'''|須藤昌朋|Sudō Masatomo}}, born January 28, 1961, in Hokkaido, is a Japanese anime director, and character designer. He is best known for designing characters for the anime series ''Detective Conan'' and for his involvement with the anime series ''[[Lupin III]]''. He is the character designer for the Detective Conan anime series since its inception in 1996, except for a short period of four years from episodes [[Kaitou Kid's Miraculous Midair Walk|356]] to [[Clash of Red and Black|504]], where the work was done by [[Mari Tominaga]]. He also works as character designer and chief animation director for the [[movies]]. Later, he also worked as character design supervisor for [[Zero's Tea Time]] anime. Active since 1980, he landed irregular animation jobs for various series before being animation director for the first time in 1994. Shortly after, his career expanded, and he joined the Detective Conan production team.
