Teacher Kobayashi takes her students from [[Teitan Elementary School]] class 1-B on a field trip and explains that they have the whole to explore signs, logos and symbols featuring animals and try to find the meaning behind those symbols. The [[Detective Boys]] decide to tackle the mission and make two teams to find the meanings of animal symbols. Ayumi is paired with Conan and Ran, while Genta, Mitsuhiko and Haibara are paired with professor Agasa. At the end of the day, after going all around Tokyo to find symbols, the exhausted kids are brought home in Agasa's Beetle.
