 While the [[Detective Boys]] are at the park, Mitsuhiko is excited to go to a new dinosaur exhibit and Ayumi and Genta are curious as to what "dinosaurs" are. Genta thinks that they spit fire like the ones that fight [[Kamen Yaiba]], but Mitsuhiko says that he is wrong, since dinosaurs do not spit fire. Haibara explains that indeed they do not, but they are heavily inspired from dinosaurs, even though they are fictional. An interest in dinosaurs spark in the kids' minds and they decide to go back to professor Agasa's house to learn more about them. At his house, professor Agasa shows an illustration of a velociraptor, followed by a cassette tape of the [[wikipedia:National Museum of Nature and Science|National Museum of Nature and Science]] explaining in live-action footage how dinosaurs looked like along with the fossils currently exhibited there.
