 Yanagimachi confessed everything, he claimed that he even visited Akemi's apartment afterwards, since he did not hear any response from her. And apparently her mailbox was full of unread envelopes, so he was certain that Akemi had not been home lately. He did all of these because he was scared that Akemi would write stuff about him igniting some fireworks with some local punks, causing the music room to be on fire, in her time capsule. He remarked that Akemi probably had seen everything, otherwise, she would not tell him to "be brave" on the day of the graduation. And most likely, she was telling Yanagimachi to turn himself in concerning that incident. Surprisingly, the other two members also had something disgraceful and were also afraid it would be written on that time capsule as well. Ichihashi disclosed that she once copied Akemi's answers during a Japanese language test, since Akemi was sitting right in front of her. Murata also said that he and Akemi were drawing a landscape in the same location, and she obviously drew better than him, but he was the one who won the award. The three of them were all afraid that Akemi would write these in her time capsule. Nevertheless, Conan corrected them, saying that Akemi would never do such things as that, as she is very kind and popular among the class, and would never leave a negative message.
