"Ack!"

Searing pain surged through his entire body as Ren dropped to his knees, clutching his right shoulder with blood seeping through the spaces between his fingers. He was hoping his bluff could have bought them enough time to run as the impostor was distracted, or at the very least for the two girls to circle around him. His efforts all in vain, he proceeded to lie to the ground, almost writhing in pain. His eyes were still trained on the 'thief' as he shot the girl, making him yelp. It's as if he got more hurt when the girl was pierced by the bullet in comparison to his own injury.

"You okay?" He asked in a raspy voice, getting up to his feet shakily and biting his lower lip in a feeble attempt to control the pain. Much to his surprise, he managed to offer a hand that the girl could grab on to. "I'm... aargh...Ren by the way... and you are?" Reeeaaal good timing. Well done ignoramus.

With the yell of the girl on the ground having a considerable tone of alarm, Ren watched as 'KID' started to pursue the one that was still standing. "AL, what are you doing?! Help her!"

The guy who had just been shot had gone over and pulled her up instead. 'How useless I am! He's more hurt than me yet I-urgh! My leg! Guh how should I walk now!?'

"You okay?" He asked.

'Wait what? You look a lot worse than me you know. Why are you more concerned for me!?'

"I'm... aargh...Ren by the way... and you are?" He asked as he pulled her up. Gripping unsteadily on the boy, Amber replied, "Uh.. I-I'm Amber..." She could feel herself blushing slightly.

'Eh!? Did I introduce myself in my real name... !? Oh no! Uh no wait... This isn't the time for self introductions! Mari is in trouble!'

"Ah Mari!!!"

Hearing Amber, Ren turned and yelled to AL, "AL, what are you doing?! Help her!"

"Run Mari!!!!" Amber yelled as she heard a bang from a distance.

I'm trying to catch up ;A;

Azura went into the restroom for a little while. When she got out, everything was chaotic. People were in a great hurry, running past her, headed outside the building. Azura removed her headphones and the panicked screams and shouts of the citizens pierced her ears.

"What's going on?" She looked around, searching for her companions. They were nowhere to be seen. It wasn't long after when she found out the root of all the chaos---apparently some bomb exploded in the building, sending a wave of panic and fear. Right now, Azura was more concerned with finding her companions. What was happening was probably connected to the KID attack the Skeleton Guy mentioned earlier. She wanted to run away to "safety", but something was telling her to stay.

Azura tried to find the others. It was much easier to move now that the building was almost deserted. She went around the building looking for the others, but still to no avail.

A bit tired, she leaned against the wall near the emergency stairs to catch her breath, only to find herself falling backwards as the janitor's closet behind her opened. She fell, her back hitting the shelf, making the bottles and other stuff fall into the floor around her. A mop would also have fallen on her head had she not blocked it with her arms. As Azura tried to get up, she felt something a bit hard hit her foot. She figured it was one of the boxes that had fallen from the shelf, but it wasn't. Since the closet was dark, it was a bit hard to see but she could make out a somewhat rectangular shape.

She picked it up, her hand gripping it tight. As she examined it, a sense of dread filled her body. She hadn't seen anything quite like it before, yet she didn't feel comfortable holding it.

Suddenly, she could hear a bunch of footsteps racing up the stairs near her. It seemed like whoever they were, they must have been in such a hurry. She immediately stuffed the black rectangular thing in her backpack and ran up the stairs, chasing after whoever those footsteps belonged to earlier.

Azura was glad she exercised often---otherwise she wouldn't have been able to climb up the stairs at such a speed continuously. By the time she reached the top floor, she had caught up with the owner of the footsteps. Owners.

Just as she had thought, they were part of their group. They were two guys, and one of them held the other's arm, then threw something over the stair's rails. She wasn't quite sure what it was since she was a level below them, peeking silently.

The guy then opened the emergency door, making the smallest amount of noise possible, and she found shock and terror etched on the first guy's face, while the other retained a blank expression, as if this was a normal situation. Suddenly, the first guy (Ren) disappeared from her sight. She heard a voice which she was sure belonged to him, and it sounded like he was conversing with---KID?

Azura moved closer, one step at a time. "See, those parachutes could have taken a bullet for us. And uh, let go of my hand maybe?" The other guy (AL) said.

Then Azura heard a gunshot, followed by a groan and a girl's shriek, which was then followed by another gunshot. Two gunshots in total. She stood frozen on the stairs, trying to make sense of what was happening on the roof, just a few yards away from where she was.

"AL, what are you doing?! Help her!" She heard someone, probably the first guy, shout. Then she heard voices, this time there was a girl, and they sounded like they were talking to each other.

Suddenly, the girl's voice cried out, "Run Mari!!!"

Azura had reached the door. Standing there was the other guy, still watching what she expected to be a brutal scene, unfold before his eyes. Azura tapped the guy's shoulder, and he jumped a little, looking surprised for a bit before reverting back to his blank expression. She took out the rectangular object from her backpack and held it out a bit for the guy to see.

"Do you know what this is?" She asked in a small voice, still leaning closely against the wall so she wouldn't be seen.

She looked at the gruesome scene before them. She saw blood on the floor, a girl and the guy from earlier, both collapsed yet conscious. Behind the girl was another girl---Mari---and the strangest sight of all---a person dressed as KID with his back behind them, cape flowing and his "card" gun pointed at Mari.

Azura was sure it wasn't like the card gun KID used. It was probably the source of the two gunshots she heard earlier and the reason why those two were collapsed and bloody on the floor not far from her.

"I think that's a bomb," the guy finally replied, his voice also low.

"So...what are you planning to do?" Azura asked him. She was sure she saw a hint of a smile on his face.

This guy was crazy, and he had a plan.

---

(What do you plan to do next, AL-nii? :P)

(To understand this post, you might want to read my initial one).

"Bombs are not for children, but seeing it's size...actually, get those two injured people off the roof. Drag them if you will." KID imposingly closed in on the girl but Aster went back in the building to the shock of many. Like all villains, the criminal was not worried about his plan being foiled. But it didn't even take ten seconds when Aster came back with a bag strapped to his back, panting.

He was met with Azura who was helping the other injured people get away. KID was in a predicament for the fiery girl had given him a piece of his mind and the bomb she was still carrying given to her by Horahkty-Knew-Who was convincing to not just shoot. If she dropped it the wrong way...

"Can I have that?" Aster gestured to the bomb. Azura gave it to him timidly wondering what he was doing. But Aster was not Edogawa Conan who never shared any plan. "I'll make this thing explode so make sure to get away. If I die, remember me as Aster Lawrence." He said. KID had deemed it was time enough for he/she raised his seemingly harmless card gun at Mari.

Aster moved fast, he moved like a wild animal that been let loose. The eyes that were on him widened, wondering how the hell he was running, his whole upper body dangerously close to the ground as he sprinted towards KID. Whoever the person was had great senses and he was able to dodge a replay of what some recognized to be the moves that Ren had been the target of.

KID now stood a few steps away from Mari. He hurriedly cocked his/her gun but-

*BANG*

In the hands of Aster Lawrence was small pistol. It's noise had been deafening for most but that was expected of a Glock 17. KID's gun had been knocked out of his/her hands. Even he/she had not been expecting that. Aster tossed the small bomb at KID, aiming it fast but he was limited with the parachute on his back. KID leaped backward to avoid the object but headed for the boy and girl. 'Shoot! Too fast to aim!' Aster reached for the girls' arm behind him shouting "Not now!" to whatever her parted lips had to speak as he pulled her behind him running for the roof's edge.

KID skidded to a stop. The bomb Aster had thrown was a dummy but the one Mari held was real. It fell to the ground and time stopped. It was a frightening sight but after a moment nothing happened to the relief of many.

Things appeared to go in slow motion as Aster jumped off the railing with Mari. He brought his arms behind her waist, hugging her tight as he aimed for the bomb and pulled the trigger, his vision unhindered as he her placed his chin over her head.

They were blown back by the resulting explosion, smoke covering the entire roof. KID had been to near to not have been completely unhurt. A few seconds later a parachute opened and Aster mentally sighed in relief.

There was a part of him that was screaming at him that these were normal, civilian folks but that had been out ruled. If KID was human the game was over. And if that girl had escorted to Niichan and Neechan to at least one staircase below, they would still be living.

"M-... Misaki, right?" Tsukiko asked, looking unsure of her name.

"Yeah..." Misaki nodded, flipping back to english.

"Going up with me?"

"I can yeah..."

Looking closer at the black box Tsukiko had, it seemed similar to the one she had found earlier. "What are you going to do with that one?" the singer asked.

"I don't know yet. I'm not even sure what this is. But if this ends up being dangerous, I can throw this away from the roof."

"To the streets full of people!?"

As the elevator doors close, the blonde replied, "No, it'll do whatever it'll do in midair."

Misaki watched the numbers rise on the screen as she heard Tsukiko mutter, "I should probably tell Alek that I'm going up rather than down..."

The elevator did not take long to rise to the floor below the roof. The girls stepped out, hurrying as fast as they could up to the flight of stairs that would take them to the roof since time was running out. "Do you need help?" she asked the blonde as they made their way up the stairs. "You do have a hurt leg after all..."

I think I'll join the bold-English club too...

--- ---

The elevator only took a minute to rise to the floor below the roof. The duo stepped out, hurrying as fast as they could up to the flight of stairs that would take them to the roof since time was running out.

"Do you need help?" Misaki asked Tsukiko as they made their way up the stairs. "You do have a hurt leg after all..."

Tsukiko blinked once at the question before glancing her wrist watch. Three minutes left.

"Thanks. That'd be lovely." She smiled. Misaki wrapped an arm to support the blonde around her waist while Tsukiko put her arm on the other girl's shoulder. The black box was stashed safely to the Finn's shoulderbag.

They hurried the stairs up and opened the door to the roof when an earsplitting bang rang out and a shock wave blew them against the wall. It was pure luck that they didn't fall into the stairs.

"Wha-... What the hell happened?!" Tsukiko yelled as the dust settled.
"What did you say?!"
"I said: what the hell happened?!"

Tsukiko spared a proper glance at the girl next to her. Misaki was holding her ears now and something red was coloring her fingers.

"Don't tell me... She busted her eardrums..."

"TSUKIKO! TSUKIKO! MISSÄ HITOSSA SIE OOT!"

Aleksander had returned to second floor. There was sport shops.

"SHIT" I can't find her. Maybe they are outside.

Aleksander was just about to leave as he saw Ari. And one special shop: bows.

Aleksander took PC-monitor from desk and threw it to glass door of shelf. He quickly grabbed crossbow and bolds.

"ARI! Take these to main door, I'll take the car. Let's get ready if there is chase."

Ari nodded to Aleksander and they were on their ways.

Aleksander run as fast as he could to the parking. Luckily his physical condition was good and he was at the main door as the top of the tower got surrounded by smoke.

"Thanks. That'd be lovely," Tsukiko smiled. After the black box was stashed away in the other girl's shoulderbag, Misaki wrapped an arm to support the blonde around her waist while she put her arm on the singer's shoulder.

They hurried the stairs up before Misaki opened the door. Suddenly, a loud boom happened, ringing in her ears as a shock wave blew them into each other and into the wall. Somehow they didn't fall down the stairs. As the dust settled, she could still hear the ringing in her ears, drowning out all other sound. She could see Tsukiko saying something, but couldn't make out the words.

"Wha- What did you say?!" she asked, almost slipping back into Japanese. The ringing had by then subsided a bit, making it easier to hear what the blonde was saying. However, the ringing was still there.

"I said: what the hell happened?!"

Misaki looked at herself, seeing of there was any noticeable damage. She saw that her left arm was scratched up a bit, bleeding, as well as her cheek when she touched it to make sure. Ugh, this ringing is giving me a headache... Wait-!

She quickly checked her ears for blood or anything really to tell her whether or not she had ruptured her eardrums. Oh please don't rupture please please please I need my ears I'm a singer for christ's sake I need them I have a job don't be ruptured oh god oh god oh god.

When she didn't feel anything wrong with her ears, she let out a sigh of relief. "Thank god... Nothing bad it looks like..." she muttered to herself. "I'll definitely need to go to the hospital though..."

When the singer noticed Tsukiko staring, she codeswitched back to English and said, "I am fine. Are you? We should get to a hospital."

"Eh!?" Amber was shocked with AL shooting off the gun on KID's hand. "Great job!"

Amber cheered, even though KID did not seem too bothered. At the same time, another kid came along and asked them to get out of the place. Ren, the guy who pulled her up, helped her as well since her leg was hurt and can't walk properly. Amber limped towards the stairway and with some difficulty, climbed down of the roof. As soon as they got down, all of them went rushed out of the emergency stairway. Within a few seconds, they heard a huge blast, above them.

"Eh!? The bomb!? No!!!! Mari and AL are still..."

'No... I'm sure they are... The problem is... IS KID STILL ALIVE? If he is... Then it's really really bad!!!'

'No... I'm sure they are... The problem is... IS KID STILL ALIVE? If he is... Then it's really really bad!!!'

(Yes, it would be.)

The building grew quiet. No one dared say a word, either you guys or the remaining people in the building. It appeared that the threat was stopped and the bombs were dead. It did appear that way, didn't it?

While it's certainly a bit of a coincidence, it did seem like the remaining bombs went off as soon as the people decided the threat had passed. The building began to lurch, and move dangerously. Clearly, it's about to collapse. You should probably get out of the building before you get crushed. And for those outside the building: move a bit farther away, the building may collapse on you.

(Well, the building is collapsing. You guys know what to do. :V

New objective: Meet up in a safe location.

Once you complete the objective, you'll meet a familiar yet distinct face.

Also, extra conversation between the same two people, observing the events:)

"Well, they failed," Kyoko said. A pretty blunt observation, considering the building was collapsing. "I'll be honest," she said, then paused for a yawn. Continuing, she said, "That was a nice play on your part. Delivering that bomb right to his footsteps. Shame he managed to retreat and detonate the bomb anyway."

"Just buying time for myself to get outta that burning building. That kid, though...he used it in a way I didn't expect," Lilliam responded.

Kyoko made a small smile, a definitely odd expression from her. "SAISEI would be proud with someone that chaotic."

"Ah, SAISEI. Where's Joshua when you need him? Oh wait, he got beat down by Aero, didn't he?"

"That Jaeger took down a god? I really don't think so."

"Tsk." Lilliam's expression grew a bit irked, causing Kyoko's smile to disappear. "You know you need me on your side," she said behind clenched teeth.

"I agree," Kyoko noted. "Anyway," she continued, moving the subject of conversation, "these kids are going to be rather interesting. They could end up being our ace-in-the-hole."

"If they don't destroy themselves first, that is." Lilliam's trademark unhinged grin appeared once more. The conversation ended right there, as the two went off in separate directions.

Ari, you got bow and bolts. :D   :D

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Aleksander jumped out of the car as he saw the building shaking.
"We need to go in to help others." they said at the same time.
They rushed in and headed to emergency exit.
"Listen. Isn't that someone of our group?" Aleksander said and continued to run.
They didn't meet them soon, because the building is high. But as soon as they did, they felt the building shake.
"Shit! This is going to collapse. How many of you got wound that slows your running?" Aleksander asked as he tried to catch his breath.
"I can carry one of you down, but it only happens if we can get all of us out" he continued
Ari took the crosbow which Alek had give him along with his bag. He then shouted at the other member, "Hell, we must get out from this building! Let's split up first! I know a safe place...."
Just as Amber made her comment, the rest of the other bombs went off, shaking the entire building in the process. She could hear a lot of people screaming from the lower levels and lots of commotion outside as well, but she knew they were in a much more dangerous situation than the others since they were in the upper floors. The explosion above sealed the roof and the explosions may have sealed the route to the exit. She's also not in the condition to move around flexibly with a bullet wound in her leg. Luckily, the bullet shot through so she did not have to dig it out, but it meant she was bleeding quite a bit and it's not good for her medical condition, meaning she may pass out any time soon if her bleeding isn't stopped.
However, they absolutely have to get out and she's determined not to slow down the rest after putting them through so much trouble due to her recklessness. She took off the cardigan/jacket she was wearing and tore a strip off her sleeve. She then split it into two. Twisting it a bit, she quickly tied it tightly around her leg so pressure is applied on the wound to stop her bleeding.
She then turned to the guy who tried to cover for her and pulled him over by arm without thinking.
'Eh wait... I was thinking of bandaging his wound but I just suddenly grabbed him without thinking! Oh no! He must be thinking I'm a pervert! And to think I even thought of asking him to take off his shirt!!?!?!? Gyaaa!!! What was I thinking!!!! You idiot!!!' Amber's face suddenly flushed red. 'Nonono... No time for being thin skinned now and wasting more time. I'll just pretend I don't really care and uh yea... GET ON WITH IT!!!'
"Uh... Do-don't mind me..." Still red, Amber bit on her lip as she pulled up his sleeve all the way to his shoulder revealing the still-bleeding bullet wound which he took. 'Ugggghhhh... My fault... ' Amber frowned as she wrapped the cloth around it, making sure it was wrapped tightly but comfortably around to stop the blood flow.
"There. It's not any good but stopping the bleeding now is important. You'll have to get appropriate treatment later though after we get out of here." Amber made some final touches and stood up wobbly. "And uh... Thanks... Both of you." Amber said softly to the two beside her.
Before Tsukiko could answer, the building lurched back and forth. Was it the other bombs? I thought we stopped them!
Misaki grabbed onto the stairway railing that was by her, flinching a bit when she realized she had done it with the arm that was in pain. Regardless, she swallowed the feeling down and said, "Come on. We have to get out of here."
The singer grabbed the blonde and supported her as they made their way down the stairs. It wouldn't be safe to take the elevator, not with the building feeling like it was about to collapse. It took them some time, since Tsukiko couldn't go fast due to her leg and Misaki being worn out from the mix of the already exhausting day and feeling a tad dizzy from bloodloss, but eventually they made their way out. It was a good thing too, since as they made their way to their group (who they saw in the distance), the building began to collapse on itself, unable to hold itself together after the bombs. Misaki picked up the pace, and managed to make it to the group when Building 109 collapsed fully and was no more. When she saw the others bloodied up as well, she said, "Well I see a trip to a hospital is needed for a lot of us."
Ok, so there is only Azura, Chopper and Ren at stairs were Ari and I are?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

"Ari what the hell? There is no other way out than this exit. Or no safer. And I'm not going anywhere but down." Aleksander said angrily and helped others.

They started to go down as Alek asked: "Were are others? Tsukiko, Mari, and two other."

"We don't know" someone said and they continued their way.

Ren and Azura were able to walk on their own but Chopper was slow.

"Please, let me carry you. I'm not saying it's nice to be carried on shoulder but then we could move faster." Aleksander said to Chopper who didn't seem to be able to concentrate. There was no answer.

Aleksander couldn't stand it. It was about minutes when the building would collapse. And he wasn't going down with it. He grabbed the girl on his shoulder and said to other: "Now lets get hell out of here."

Wait whaaaaattttt

@Moho: Oooh thanks now I can mess up the plot without worrying :3

------------------------

 Ren-kun and Chopper down, me and AL to go. And from what he just did, I'm next.

 Her prediction had came true as KID sent a bullet flying as a response to his (kind of) brave dare. He then set his sights on Chopper, and wordlessly (Well, he was wearing a Noh mask) shot another flying towards her leg. She, carrying the (literally) ticking bomb, was most likely the next target.

 Panic and fear were now building up in her throat, but she knew that a calm (soon-to-be?) victim was a very hard slap to an attacker's face, so she tried a different strategy.

 "Hmmm, you're one violence-loving person, eh? Perhaps you should watch Mirai Nikki." she said in a forced bored voice as she patted the bomb (She knew there was a risk of it exploding, but that's the point!). "Gomenasai, I got off-topic there," she said with a mocking bow.

 KID kept inching closer, the (not card) gun's barrel still pointed at her. "If you're not blind, you can see that no one's here. If we were in Detective Conan, I would essentially be Conan. But KID wouldn't really try to kill him, right? Oopsy! I sidetracked again!" she continued. If she were reciting this to, say, one of her friends, they would have thought she was going Looney Tunes, but no time to think about sanity here.

 "Remember this? Yeah, it's one of your dumb toys..." She caught a glimpse of another person on the roof, but she dismissed it. "It explodes in about two minutes, oops, one minute now."

 The KID impersonator seemed to catch on to her point. "What'cha gonna do?"

 S/he inched closer, finger near trigger now. You baka! That was essentially what Ren-kun did, except I'm probably going to die instead of just get wounded by a bullet. She tried to balance the bomb on her finger like the frisbees used in their school. "Such a shame we didn't get to know each other better. Well, yoroshiku onegaishimasu anyway."

 A loud bang echoed through the night, but it wasn't from the gun KID was holding. Her semi-closed eyes burst open again from the shot, which blasted out the gun from her assailant's hand. Where the heck...?!

 She thought she had lost most of her ability to be surprised, but the scene of AL aiming at the KID impersonator...wait, no, he was throwing a black box at the suit-donned guy. It clattered to a stop at his/her feet.

 It was a small rectangular box, with the same qualities as the one she was holding now. Don't tell me...it's another bomb?! But she had been dragged away to the edge of the railing before she completed this thought in place. "Wait! Don-"

 "Not now!" was the reply. KID had reflexively jumped back from the "bomb", but chased the pair to the railing. Thinking that this was her chance, she let the black box in her hand slip...

 Then they jumped, and her mind was screaming Do not look down!!!!!! over and over again, and thinking Is this a freaking double suicide attempt?! at the same time. A deafening shot came from behind her, and an invisible force smacked them to the side. She followed her panicking mind and looked up at the (unusually still bright) sky. An ugly black cloud of smoke was blocking the orange-y sky, and a few moments later, a white figure obstructed most of the view of the orange sky with a black cloud.

 Said white thing was the (bullet-proof? Well, it kind of is.) parachute that both AL and Ren-kun. So she cleared the panicking neurons thinking double-suicide attempt because it obviously wasn't.

----------------

(*fast forwards*)

 Some police cars were gathered at the scene, not giving them a second glance. Either random people who jumped from exploding on white parachutes were normal in Shibuya, or skelly man with his magical invisibility powers was nearby.

 The building appeared normal, except for the chimney-like smoke coming from the building. The bomb threat seemed to be disappearing...

...But that  was only the calm before the storm.

 The building lurched forward, like a person about to puke. It began to move really dangerously: warning signs of a collapsing building. Oh crap where are the others?! I think Chopper and Ren-kun got away from the roof by that person I didn't recognize, but the others are...?

 "We need to get further away."

"That we do." Aster nodded in agreement. "I have just the place to use, but that woman is going to be pissed at me."

"And who might this woman be?" Mari asked.

"That, you'll have to wait and see. If she doesn't kick me out the moment I know that is." Aster said began to lead the way. "But first, we need to go the hotel where I left my bag. I need new clothes." He said.

I know I should have made this explicit a while ago, but I'm going to make this official policy: any character speaking English should have their text bolded. To summarize: English in bold, Japanese in regular text. The only difference is in formatting. Since if we tried to romanize Japanese, our Japanese dialogue is going to be cramped, I'd rather we all use English. This is for the sake of immersion.

Also, I'm prohibiting the use of any other languages besides English, regardless if translation is provided or not. I'm sorry, but I don't understand Filipino or Swedish or whatever, and I'm sure not everyone does. Please adhere to this policy, and tell me if you have any suggestions or questions.

Now with that out of the way, a little side note and a potential spoiler. The side note first: I read the poll results again.

The spoiler: You guys are actually scarily dead-on. Well, for at least one result. So I don't spoil people that aren't attentive, I took down the polls. Hope you guys remember the results!

(I just stopped bolding a while ago to show it was all Japanese, but I guess then I'd have to and bold the dialogue with Azura/Rye which I am too lazy for...meh everyone understood. I do agree with the language policy :V I was going to mention it earlier since people translated when they felt like it.)

"Why your hotel?" Mari objected. Aster sighed.

"Nara- oh you seriously weren't thinking it was secret after your Filipino outbursts? Anyway, I know a person that can surely provide first-aid to foreigners in Japan for free." They were walking away from the scene when a car slowed down besides them. It was Aleksanders'.

"Yo player, where you goin?" Ari was riding in the front. In the back were three injured people 'Wait, riding with two girls? Smooth Niichan. Real smooth.' (Amber, Tsukiko and Ren).

"Ah, convenient of you guys to show up. There should be a net-cafe around here somewhere. Park the car near it and go around its back, seeing as you'll be the ones who reach first. If anything is asked just state. 7817. Repeat, 7817. Got that?" Aster said. It was more of an order than a request, but his tone was neutral. The people in the car nodded, memorizing the number and wondering what it was.

"What will happen there?" Mari asked again. "Bandages and cupcakes." Aster answered. Two more people had reached them; Misaki and Azura. Turned out they had been following the car as Aleksander was driving slowly because they had no more room and thought it'd be best to stay together.

Misaki's ears picked up the mention of a net-cafe and gave directions to the people in the car. Seemed like it was the only one there. Aster then said, "Thanks, now can you show us the way? I didn't know where it was either." The remaining people gave him a weird look but Misaki led the way, wondering just how much of an airhead Aster was.

"What happened in the roof though?" Misaki asked. "*On" Mari spoke up and looked away when Misaki turned to her. "Right, on. Thank you."

"Well, we jumped off the roof and shot the bomb in the process." Aster said looking up with a small smirk. Soon they reached the net cafe and went around the back. Aster knocked on the door which opened promptly. There stood a girl in a white blouse and black denims. There was a flash of movement and the next second Aster and the girl stood, baring guns at each other. Hers was a silver revolver.

"You knocked incorrectly." She said coldly, staring as Aster dead on. She was just as tall as him, if not a centimetre short. Her hair was short and parted in the middle.

"And you could have done a better job with the package. Envelope and cello-tape?" Aster raised an eyebrow.

"It was four in the freaking morning." She stared at the three girls behind him. "You starting a harem or-" Aster placed a hand over her mouth and elbowed her in the gut. Forcing a smile, he turned to others. "Don't mind her OW DON'T BITE YOU CROWBAT."  He let go and she cleared the way for others to go in.

"Your friends are inside, being treated by your friends." She said. Aster sighed. "Thanks, Alice." When the others went in she promptly kneed Aster in the gut as well. "An eye for an eye." She muttered.

Aster did have to tell the others all that had happened. After he was done, he pointed a thumb in Alice's direction and introduced her. Others were curious about their relation and some voiced it. "I'm his colleague, if you might. And I can do more push-ups than him." "The last part was unnecessary." Aster seemed annoyed. "So, any idea what to do next?"

Following the guy's instructions, she went over to the two who were collapsed by the floor, and helped them up. Azura led them to the emergency stairs and headed down with some difficulty. After going down for at least two levels, the three were momentarily deafened by a huge blast that came from the rooftop.

Azura was thankful that they were safe from the blast, but she was worried about the two who were left behind. Hopefully, they'll be safe. For now, she should focus on getting the wounded pair down the stairs and out the building safely. This was top priority now that the structure seemed to be crumbling down.

 "Thanks... Both of you." The girl said softly. Azura looked over at her, giving a slight nod and a smile in response. Silence followed, only disrupted by the constant echo of their footsteps as they trudged down the stairs.

Slowly but surely, Azura thought over and over. We'll be down soon. After about ten minutes, the trio finally reached the ground floor and went straight to the building's exit. They were able to get out without any more injuries. Police cars were now arriving at the site accompanied by a couple of fire trucks.

"Let's stay off the area for now. The building might collapse on us if we're too close," Azura suggested. They were all exhausted, especially the two who were wounded. They looked terrible, especially the girl who passed out right after they exited the building.

"She lost too much blo...od..." The guy croaked. He was in almost the same state as well, and Azura was afraid he'd pass out too.

 "We need to get to a hospital right away. Even a clinic would be fine." Azura said as she put the girl's arm around her shoulder, the guy doing the same at the other side. Azura looked around in search of their group, and the guy pointed to two girls slowly walking. She figured that they were part of the group since the guy knew them, and they followed suit.

After a little (big) struggle, they finally reached their group. Suddenly, a car came out of nowhere and a guy (who introduced himself as Ari)  came out of the car and opened the back door, loading the injured one by one in the backseat. Azura and another girl had to stay behind and follow the car by foot since there was no more room inside.

The car was a bit slow, allowing the two girls to catch up. Somewhere along the drive, the car stopped next to two passersby who turned out to be Mari and the guy on the roof from earlier.

"Yo player, where you goin?" Ari, who was riding shotgun, called out. "Ah, convenient of you guys to show up. There should be a net-cafe around here somewhere. Park the car near it and go around its back, seeing as you'll be the ones who reach first. If anything is asked just state. 7817. Repeat, 7817. Got that?" The guy responded in his normal, neutral tone. Azura nodded slightly, the numbers now branded in her memory. "What will happen there?" Mari asked. "Bandages and cupcakes." The guy replied.

It seemed that Misaki knew where the net-cafe was, and told the others in the car how to get there. Misaki led the way upon the guy's request, and along the way she inquired about what happened on the roof. It turned out that Mari and the guy jumped off the roof (and miraculously survived), shooting the bomb in the process.

After a little while, the group arrived near the net-cafe and went around the back, where the guy went on ahead and knocked at the door. Soon after, it opened and a girl wearing a blouse and dark denims answered. Much to Azura's and the others' surprise, the guy and the girl were now pointing guns at each other.

"You knocked incorrectly." The girl said, voice ice cold, still staring at the guy. "And you could have done a better job with the package. Envelope and cello-tape?" The guy replied.

"It was four in the freaking morning." The girl's attention now turned towards her and the rest. "You starting a harem or-" The guy covered her mouth with his hand, elbowing her in the stomach. The guy looked at them with what was obviously a forced smile, telling them not to mind her before flinching and calling the girl a crowbat for biting him. The girl motioned for them to go in. Azura and the rest of the uninjured sat there, waiting in the foyer as the others were being treated. The guy introduced the girl as Alice, who appeared to be his colleague.

"So, any idea what to do next?" The guy asked.

"For now we should wait for the others to get better. And let's discuss about the attack. What exactly happened up there?" Azura inquired. "And more importantly, is that KID impostor still alive?" She added.

"Even though I'm not really into wishing people were dead, but I'd like to think he/she is. After all, that KID being alive just means more chaos and trouble for us, right? And to think I don't know half the people here yet..." Azura stared at the ceiling as she mused.
