You also may want to make the ears a big longer (the end of the ear tends to stop around where the nose ends). But overall, you did generally good IMO. It looks nice. Yes, the neck should be a little bit thicker in this case, but i don't think it really matters (sorry Misaki-chan, you do give good critiques.) Shoulders... how do I explain it... if you know Trig or Algebra 2, try curving like a hyperbola... well, what I'm saying is make them look like an "L" shape a bit but with round corners. Ears... not bad, I usually draw them (in this case, front-view) proportion to upper eye to bottom of the nose... well, takes a bit practice, you'll get used to it.... I want to say something about the neck, but I think it's because of the shoulder width.... but yea, the shoulders are sloping too much. You should try raising them up a bit more. Try to look at your self in the mirror and make some gestures, play around, look like an idiot jk, idk just do all sorts of things. It's a good practice to have the image in your head. We see them everyday but when we try to draw, it just doesn't come to our thoughts easily.... I'm sure you'll get better... me, on the other hand, should start uploading pics that I procrastinated...
