The 10% is when I let them sway in gym class since the teacher makes you walk laps around the field, and for some reason or another, I like to let my hands sway during that time. If I can't have them crossed, I hang my thumb (the hand that isn't occupied) on the edge of the pants/jeans pocket, (front or back is random).
