If you don't mind me asking, how much German do you know? And how did you learn it?

I can understand it, really good it seems.

But speaking it, coming up with words or sentences is hard.

I learned it as a kid, watched their cartoons and it just happened.

But i have a long way to go

That's really cool! Do you find you have a hard time with pronunciation when you do speak it? And because you learned through cartoons, is your vocabulary fairly simple or did you continue watching German shows as you got older and picked up more expressive words as you got older?

It sounds like since you can understand German, you probably understand the sentence structure fairly well which is good! Forming your own sentences is one of the hardest parts of any language thou...
