    Yeee so much action in the trailer. What's their angle though? The Black Org appearance is, without a doubt, fanservice (I mean they completely threw subtlety out the window when they decided to squeeze in every last BO member/spy/alphabet soup agency in the teasers and trailers), but then there's the deal with RUM. Has the animation studio or Gosho stated whether or not this will be canon? I'm hoping that this will be at least semi-canon, like what they did with Kid in Movie 3. Otherwise, they're building themselves a ridiculous amount of hype with almost no weight.

     

    I actually wouldn't mind a DC action movie with BO elements. The Michael Bay in me still likes some exploding Apaches (taken in small doses) and Vermouth/Akai are pretty cool.

    So I started this 10-day vegan diet from this naturopathic doctor that my mother happened to know, with my mom hoping that it might do something with this mass lesion inside my lung, or at least strengthen it in preparation for the upcoming biopsy for final diagnosis. It's my 3rd day today, and I started feeling weird few hours ago. First, my vision started to become a little bit fuzzy, then I started to have a minor headache. When I was eating my lunch at 2 PM, my headache worsened and I started to become nauseous. Since I was not allowed (according to my mom) to drink any medicine (including my multivitamins!), I just slept it off for about 2 hours. Fortunately, my vision cleared and my headache was almost gone (I'm still feeling a very very little headache as I'm writing this). Since that messed up the schedule of my diet, I've decided to not tell her about it tonight for now because she'll get mad when she finds out that my schedule got messed up (I was supposed to be asleep by 11 PM, but due to headache, if I won't adjust it, I'll be sleeping at around 1 AM). However, when it happens again tomorrow, that's the time I'll tell her. Not sure if it was caused by almost sudden total shift to 100% vegan since I'm not a vegetarian.

    Well, since my company was (and is still) such a complete dick, I wasn't able to pay my contribution to the social security since my status was self-employed thanks to that cheap company. If my status was employed, I and my company could have shared in paying my monthly contributions and tell them that I won't be able to work due to an illness so they can give me compensation. Otherwise, I would pay the whole amount per month, but I can't yet. It was kinda traumatic since it was my first company and first job, yet the don't exactly care about their employees, unless they're vital in keeping the company running and the money coming into the company.

     

    Good news is that my mother would be the one to pay for my monthly dues while I'm not yet working. Good thing I only shoulder few monthly expenses (internet access (about $20-22/month), cable TV (about $10-12/month), and my VUL insurance (about $52-54/month). She also told me to never touch my savings coz she'll take care of whatever I need for now.

    It sounds like this is a pretty hard time for you. Hope things get better!

    Durarara!!

     

    I'm only on the first season. It's a confusing show. Most of the first cour made no sense, and although the finale of that cour sort of straightened some things out, there's still so many muddy explanations. It shouldn't have taken that long for the viewer to sort out the limits of the universe -- I spent a couple of episodes thinking that the plot was revolving around supernatural characters and incidents. It's as if the creator created an amazing 2/3 of the cast and decided, "Wow, this is gonna be awesome!" then failed at the last 1/3 and execution of the plot.

     

    The music tho. It is... unique. But sometimes they'd play a light medley people are threatening to murder each other.

    Despite what I told you, appeasement really is a trick of a coward. I was too scared to face the problem head-on, and you were right to call me out for it. The what-ifs still bite at my heels. Did my decisions help, or were they useless overall?

    OMM: I hate saying goodbyes. I know exactly how I feel about MK and Moho leaving (like crap and some more abstract, vaguely negative feelings) but the goodbyes really drive it in. So here's my super teary goodbye that's going to guilt-trip you into -- nah, nevermind. Just wish you both have a great time outside of DCW. You guys take care of yourselves and be happy :D

     

    Can you pretty please at  least swing by once in a while? Christmas is mandatory, btw... jk, jk.

     

    ​OMM2: Lovely 30+ inches of snow. No school for dayyysss~~~ It's really a winter wonderland out there. The roads are like trenches dug between the mountains. My shoulders are super sore from all the shoveling though, and my driveway and basketball area is still buried under the now melted-and-hardened ice. Gahh....

    Yeah, yeah sure. I read what you wrote and the synopsis itself already sounds amazing haha. I'll seriously try finding that book and I'll try reading it but only just becoz you pushed me to do so, so if this turns out bad, you'll take the blame xD... I'm Serious, JK.

     

    I dunno if it's available here in my country in the libraries, actually. Haha but as I said, I'll really try my best to find a copy of it. I'll even tell you if I do :P

    No idea xD But something about the title "Ant-Man" sort of puts me off. I've never been a fan of how Marvel and DC (did I get that right?) name their characters in general. Still not over "Bat-Man"... Deadpool sounds pretty cool though. I think there's a movie about him coming out soon :rolleyes:

    Found out the battery life my laptop claims it has is a LIE

    All the tech sites warned me about this, but ohhhhh I was dumb and I didn't listen. And the freaking thing shut down in the middle of a very important scene D:<
