Anyways man, I tried to recreate your problem on my phone on Chrome... Did you disable the JavaScript thingy? My multiquote button became invisible when I disabled it.

Anyways, the setting is under Setting>Site Settings then there's a checkmark there with the JavaScript. Check if it's checked. Pretty much applies on Android, dunno about iOS. That is if you are using that.
