xDD It's not monstrous, it's overkill group (aka Payday gang). Stealing nukes is just a normal day for the payday crew. The Crow and Dove steal the diamonds from Vlad's (one of the Payday gang's contracts) friend, an Armenian mobster. The plot itself is loosely inspired by crime-comedy film Snatch.

I think that the sniper are alone to kill his victim. And jugdging from the distance, he aimed at his target from a roof. Because the distance, he needs to take the Coriolis Effect into account.

I doubt if the shooter are two. Because if the first make a distraction, the second one must use silenced weapon to take the target out.
