    This is not the right place for this, so I'm moving it to General. "Ideas and feedback" is for the website only.

     

    Also it's impossible to make Haibara Vermouth since they've shown up together multiple times already.

    A little clarification: Kuroda specifically referred to the National Police Agency - 警察庁 (where he used to work in before getting transferred to Nagano), so it's not Nagano PD (although they might also have been talking about Conan's intelligence there as well). He also didn't say that Conan was popular or anything, but outright stated that Conan being the brain behind Sleeping Kogoro was something "that's been rumored/gossiped about within the National Police Agency".

    TL;DR: That was a minor mistranslation.

    I wonder if Kuroda has seen Kouji's body personally or at least has peeked at some police reports (although the murder took place in America and he's Japanese police) to know how it looks like, since the news article doesn't seem to have a picture of his body. He also remarked that camping is not "[your] style" (probably referring to Rumi, pronoun omitted in Japanese version), so I guess it's all but confirmed that he knew her pretty well, considering he could make a connection between Rumi and the Kouji case somewhat easily, if they weren't involved in the incident to begin with.

    It's more that the amount of spoiler pics for the last case and this file aren't that many to warrant not posting the link imho (unless another mod disagrees which we can discuss about this matter). We're just being cautious not to get involved in potential legal problems which have happened before. As long as you don't link to a full file I think it's allowable (unless the spoilers are like 3/4 of a file like that one time during the Akai family case which is also a no-no).

    . File 978: Wakasa - sensei's home 

    . Rumi and Kobayashi have brough the 1-A class to Rumi's apartment building to do a play of "Ikkyuu - san"

    . We see a couple characters (Banno Teigo, 32, Pro golfer & Iiyama Kurumi, 29, profession text is cut off), Banno is a resident of the apartment building
    . Banno seems to have had a successful golf carrer for some years in the US and is going to live there
    . Iiyama seems to be a girlfriend he hung around with for a time, she thought Banno called him to part with her while it'd actually seem he wanted to invite her to come to the US with him 
    . Banno says something (text is cut off) and when she asks what he said he shrugs it off
    . Rumi seems to guess what'll happen next with those two given her expression

    . Conan tells Haibara that when he was a kid he also had to play the role of "Ikkyuu - san" and Yukiko was persitent on him properly training for the role with Yuusaku looking on and making suggestions: Shinichi wasn't motivated but Yukiko insisted saying that if Shinichi doesn't do it right she'll be put to shame 

    . At some point Rumi accidentally (or purposely) stains a tiger's foldable screen which was the background for the play with paint or some other liquid

    . For some reason the group then enter another room where they find a Banno KO and Iiyama dead

    . Banno is awakened and shows them a photo showing a woman's hand writing something on his face

    . The side-note teases about Rumi doing something next file

    File 972: Encounter with ripples

    Cover text: Conan's memories which have been awakened along with the sound of ripples... Young Shinichi, Ran and Sera... What is the truth of that encounter in the sea which happened long ago?

    10 years ago: a beach somewhere

    Shuuichi, lying under a parasol, is visited by Shuukichi and Masumi. Shuuichi has had a brawl with Mary, his mother, and has a wound on one eye

    Mary was supposed to do what an email her husband left behind (the wording implies the husband is dead or missing): lie low in Japan 

    But Shuuichi has obtained US nationality to enter the FBI and investigate the truth of the case his father stumbled upon

    Masumi doesn't know any of that and wants to make Shuuichi smile: she tries to do all kind of pranks but Shuuichi doesn't react

    In the end she tries stuffing french fries into his nose's nostrils and gets scolded by both Shuuichi and Mary

    When Mary removes the salt below Masumi's nose she says "chips" aloud and Yuriko overhears her

    Shuichi then tells Mary than when you're so famous that everyone knows you there's no safe country to be at and it's better to beat the opponent before your true colors are revealed...

    ... And Shinichi suddenly shows up there and says "It's so obvious! Bro, you're a clown!"

    Both son and mother wonder what he's talking about and Shinichi says that Shuuichi has a mark on his left wrist and it's an accordion belt mark and that the left eye's wound is make-up remains (a mere clown doesn't cry or so he says): all of Shinichi's "deductions" are totally off the mark but Shuuichi smiles and Masumi sees that smile

    Shuuichi asks him who he is and Shinichi introduces himself as well as saying he's "Holmes' apprentice": Ran comes to search for him

    3 bad-looking men show up on the area: they were trying to get a free yakisoba meal at the sea-house by making up the lie that there flies on the yakisoba but Shinichi stopped them so they've got an unjustified ressenment with him

    They try to beat Shinichi up but Shuuichi beats them up with his blinding sundome (a variant of karate) and drives them off: Shuukichi then asks them to play with Masumi

    But then they all see how a car falls from a nearby cliff into the sea...

    Side-note: "Next number: Akai and young Shinichi take on a case!"

    Since blocking the camera seems to be an instinctual reaction, is it safe to conclude that Asaka's right-handed?

     

    Also, isn't it odd that whoever wrote this article knew of the exact Kanji for Asaka's name? Since it's most likely just an alias, the name shouldn't appear on any record; not to mention Asaka was Amanda's bodyguard in the US, where people don't use Kanji.

    It's hard to tell, especially if disguises are to be considered. Though his/her chest does look a little curvy for a man, so maybe Asaka's a woman after all? But in-universe wise, Conan couldn't come to any conclusion regarding Asaka's gender though, so...

    I won't. I know you can see them because nothing has changed in the layout of the Wiki before and after the maintenance, and you just made some edits a few days ago.

    Stop this kind of behavior, this is your final warning. You've been harassing me and Maurice with your pointless questionings multiple times even though I had already answered your questions (hell, I'm the only one here who did that). It's okay to ask for assistance if you genuinely need help, but it's NOT okay to troll or to harass other members. If you continue, I will have to suspend you.

    To create a new Wiki page, you need to search if there is any pre-existed article of the same subject. If there isn't any, it will prompt you to create a new article with the message  Create the page "......." on this wiki!

    Click the red link shown to enter the edit screen where you can write your new article. Remember to click preview to check mistakes before saving the page.

    About the subject that you're talking about, if you want my personal opinion, I think it's easier to just create some categories like "Episodes with murder", "Episode with kidnapping" etc. then add each episode to said categories, if your only intention is to re-organize them by crime types. I don't object to making full lists, of course. Another thing to note is that some cases can have more than one crime type (e.g both murder and kidnapping etc.).
