Another random art thread! Here's a picture of Conan and Shinichi I drew with DeviantART muro a while ago: There's a "Watch Redraw" option on the right side of the page if you want to watch the drawing process. I also haven't added a background on it since I've been getting lazy. If any of you guys have an idea for a background that I really like, I might use it once I get the opportunity. Hello! Welcome to DCW, I just joined here earlier this month so I'm also quite new but I'll try to answer some of your questions though c: You get reputation whenever someone likes one of your posts. So however many reputation points correlates with however many likes you've gotten on your posts. I don't know what the gold star things are for yet though (sorry!). And don't worry about being new to forums, everyone starts somewhere c: Everyone's pretty relaxed and nice here so I'm sure you'll have a good experience! It does get a little slow here at times but it's a smaller community so that's too be expected. I hope to see you around the threads!

Hello everyone, starting my own art thread I'll keep a track of where I posted my drawings here, too. Edit on 9/17/2016: Hi I'm back after what seems like a whole lifetime... but anyways I'm back (although I can't really say I'll be on much) and be starting afresh with different drawings! If they've only aired Detective Conan in my country, I would've known about it earlier. As long as I remember, the only channel where they used to air Detective Conan was on some cable network which I didn't have (and I found out about that recently). But oh well, there's the internet. It is really sad to hear that after so many years they've stopped airing there at Indonesia, but let's be happy that we can at least watch it somewhere.

At least you've had it on TV. I live in Ireland and it's never been on once and there is nearly no chance of it ever being aired here.

wow I'm quite surprised that DC is now banned in Indo after all these years. i'm Indonesian and i've been a devoted DC fan for around 9 years so i clearly understand why you're disappointed but, whatever the reason is, i think the impact is not as bad. i mean, it's not hard to get the latest updates of DC on the internet nowadays ( i remember times when i have to patiently wait for the newest episodes on tv every week) and its actually very convenient and fast. moreover, by airing DC on national TV everyone can watch it so maybe they thought they couldnt filter the viewers and banning would prevent some potential irrational peeps (if theyre actually exist lol) from doing anything silly. ah well, now that they're being 'thoughtful' to indo viewers, they should start to think about those uneducated horor/porn movies as well :/ i also notice some indo fans also have started their own translation groups for DC (which is great!) sooo jangan sedih atau kecewa yaa for the non-indonesians, the japanese culture (including anime/manga) exposure is very strong in indo and DC is definitely one of the most popular ones.

Yaaa I agree with you. Even I heard in Japan, the tricks are used as basic materials of cases in Japan. I was very sad, why Indonesian can not think like the Japanese?!
