Then we'd challenge gym leaders, Side by side, in cohesion~ We'll win them all, but not like cheaters, Even if we lose, we'd have eachother! Hm... I'm assuming you mean the sad theme right before the ending was played. It's called "Ran no Ketsui ~ Hōsu ni Hi ga"(蘭の決意～ホースに火が) which translates to "Ran's Decision ~ Hose and Fire". It's the 34th track in the Countdown to Heaven soundtrack, and that's the movie the song made it's first appearance. The title is enough to explain which scene it was from in the movie.
