Akio Otsuka (大塚 明夫 Ootsuka Akio), born November 24, 1959, is a very prominent seiyu from Tokyo. His father is fellow voice actor Chikao Otsuka.
In Detective Conan he voices Sango and Jugo Yokomizo. He also voices Ryujin in Yaiba: Samurai Legend.
