Go to the forum - News and announcements - Look through the first page for News on the watch section (or something along the lines) - If it isn't there, stay in the category forum thing and use the search function - Look up 'Watch Section' and you should find it - once you find it, READ IT!!!

I'm sorry if this is offending anyone but seriously people, it wont be there right in front of your eyes all the time, learn to look for it, PLEASE.
