  1. Hey, it has been ages since I logged in here... even longer since I updated my fics... But I thought maybe make a post here anyways in the case someone of the old crew happens to see. As of last year, I began a rewrite on Leaping into the Dream series. It even had a topic here (Leaping into the Dream). It has been renamed Chasing Shadows and that name will be retained throughout the installations to the series. The premise is pretty much the same a pair of siblings transmigrates to DCMK world, the brother ending up 10 years before canon while the sister ends up in the Kir Arc. The siblings have Japanese names because of they are basically living a second life instead of tossed in with their own bodies and all. The brother is still Midorikawa Shuugo while sister's name has changed from Okiya Tsukiko to Midorikawa Satsuki. So yes, some things are changing as well. The rewrite is following more linear timeline and writing order, hence Shuugo's story is getting written first. While Satsuki exists without memories of her previous life and thus DCMK knowledge, she is not central character yet. Chasing Shadows, setting the stage Ao3 link FanFiction link I hope if any of you see this here, takan opportunity to enjoy this version of the story as well.
  2. I've been using duolingo actively for almost a year now... some stuff sticks to my head, some doesn't. I should be more active...and maybe turn off the romaji cheat so the kanji will stick better.
  3. O.o It is missing? That was like the best random posting/"how are you" thread.
  4. Currently listening to Granrodeo. They have really good sound and remind me of B'z. Sometime ago I listened to Dreamcatcher. They are a Kpop girl group but like my friend described them to me "Kpop that sounds like Jrock" they are brilliant!
  5. Bungou to Alchemist Lately have also been watching the first season of Pokemon, both Finnish and English dub. Bungou Stray Dogs I finished rewatching a few weeks ago. I really should catch up with Detective Conan movies that I've missed and the WWPS episodes.
  6. Bungou Stray Dogs is on my list for reread.
  7. It has been ages since I was here but... I thought about coming in and updating the topic here anyways. The Sequel is at 8th chapter currently. Has been a couple of years because other fandoms have stolen my attention. Shuugo's spin-off in the other hand has 33 chapters. It is in the middle of Conan Arc. I hope to find new readers from here. And I hope to get back to writing this series again...
  8. Hmmm... I really don't know. I probably continue drifting in and out. Past three days I've reread the original DCWIRL thread. It was so nice to participate in even though we kept getting confused with each other's additions. And damn, I've had so many typos and grammar errors in my parts.
  9. Yeah... I looked that last visit logs from people. They're all gone...
  10. Balthazar! It has indeed. How much of the old crowd still frequents this place?
  11. Status update. The description of this topic has been edited and the link changed into ArchiveOfOurOwn-link. More One-shots posted and Sequel gotten it's second chapter which includes events from movie 7: Crossroads at the Ancient Capital. Also, Leap to Relatively Unknown is now up to 29 chapters.
  12. Well, it's been not quite ten years since I joined DCW... I'm studying and hopefully graduating soon.
  13. Yo, I'm visiting again. OMM: Damn it has been a long time.
  14. I ate four mandarines and now my stomach is hurting.
  15. Hello again. It's been a while since this topic has been used but when I was reading wiki, I noticed this one thing and thought, why not to put it out here. So, I was reading the summaries of the movies and noticed that with the older ones the plot part and the final explanation are really difficult to read. Simply because it's all in one piece and just a wall of text. If I were to compare movie 7 to movie 17, it's easy to say which one is clearer and easier to read in general.
