I don't know exactly how the story will end but I strongly belive that at some point Vermouth will try to protect Conan or Ran and she will die while doing it. But apart from that I'm sure it's going to be a happy ending.

Well I think that part in the begining was just to make the audience belive she was Vermouth or a part of the BO but now she's needed for a different purpose which is to assist the storyline by being a bit "clueless". Also Akai's death might have something to do with her being a bit weak.

It wouldn't suprise me if Anokata would be a Sherlock Holmes fan because of the references the BO often uses. That would also contradict with what Conan said that "Someone who loves Sherlock Holmes can't be a bad person" or something like that. The BO boss might even be a detective, who knows.

It would seem ilogical that Dr. Agasa is the boss of BO. Afterall it would be counterproductive since the boss ordered to kill Sherry. Oh and if the movie Raven Chaser is to be trusted a BO agent called Irish said to Conan that the boss ("that person") would be suprised to know that he (Conan) is Shinichi and that he's still alive or something in those lines. It would seem counterproductive to shelter Sherry and at the same time let the agents go looking for her. That would contradict the whole story and even Gosho couldn't come up with something to make Agasa the BO boss now.

Yup, I agree but I can't really imagine who the suspects could be. I guess we should expect the unexpected with Gosho.

Well I have no idea as to why Vermouth still looks young but it probably has to do something with the BO research. It wasn't the same drug as Gin gave to Shinichi so I suspects the parents of Sherry might have something to do with Vermouths youth.

Well the list of suspects has already been created and as you said anything at this moment is just guessing, The hints that Gosho has given are very vague and all that we could do at this moment is to create a list of suspects though I believe there isn't much clues to go with. We could eliminate who is NOT the boss. For example, Shuichi Akai can be removed from the suspects list because the Boss called him at some point the "Silver bullet". The same goes with Vermouth who is said to be the HIS favorite agent. We can also remove from the suspects list professor Agasa, because it would contradict half of the storyline as he was protecting Sherry and Shinichi. Kogoro and Ran Mouri also don't fit on the suspects list, for one thing the Boss ordered the assassination on Kogoro and Ran for obvious reasons. At this point as I said we can only make a list of suspects and a list of who's absolutely NOT the Boss of BO. But we will have to wait for more clues from Gosho. Anything regarding the Boss at this moment is very vague.

Without any further information it would be nearly impossible to know the true identity of the BO boss. I guess we'll just have to wait until Gosho throws out another bone for us fans to chew. Anything else is just guessing at this point.

Hello Detective Conan fans! I'm a new user on this forum but I've been following the Detective Conan series since I was a child. You could say that I'm a "truth lover" and that's probably why I like Conan so much. There is only one truth and that has also been one of the main quotes of the anime series. I've started watching Detective Conan on TV (RTL II) where it caught my attention. Ever since I've started watching this series it has been a sort of a guidance in my life, especially Conan with his adult-like attitude. You could also say that I'm a "deduction freak", hah. I'm hoping for more answers in the series! Cheers
